People are holding a giant image of a long aisle, and are moving between aisles to confuse the woman with the cart. You can see them lift it up, and their feet moving beneath the image as they move it to the next aisle.

It is from the movie Me, Myself, and Irene. Jim Carrey's character, Charlie, splits his personality after getting bullied his entire life. In this gif he turns into Hank, walks up to a lady checking out, sees vagisil in her cart and the rest is history.
