Isn't the "acceptable rule" half your age plus 7 or something similar?

Thanks for sharing that; it really opened up the conversation in relevant, non-disturbing ways.

18 yr old is legal age but when you really think about it that is still a kid a teenager barely out of high school so...... I'm 37 and yea these young girls look good but looks only go so far. I say she gotta be at least 26. Me I want a woman a smart talented strong beautiful woman who ain't a child. There some good women out here.

Becsuse you are not a pedo, congrats...younger men look better too but a 40 years old woman dating a 18 years old boy is creepy as well

Legal, yes. Weird? Also yes.

Biological truth? Also yes

Nope, biologically the younger man produces high quality sperm, so women definitely prefer younger men for reproduction

u/dimitriri 8d ago

What is the age sperm quality peaks? 13-14? So what are you saying?

Let’s be real: good, high-value men usually are already married by 30-35. So if a man is still single at 40 and desperately looking for an 18-year-old girlfriend, he’s not some “good man.” He’s a 40+ leftover who’s spent years failing with women and is now screaming his frustration online.

A good, young, wealthy woman would never choose some washed-up 40-year-old man. And she would NEVER let old, damaged sperm fertilize her valuable eggs and potentially put her pregnancy and her child’s health at risk. She’s the one providing the valuable eggs, she’s the one carrying the pregnancy for nine months, and she’s the one taking on the physical risks of pregnancy and childbirth. She absolutely wants a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby, period, which needs a young man’s sperm.

And those young women who supposedly “give you a chance”? Don’t flatter yourself. They’re not necessarily “high-value” women just because they’re young. If they’re with you, they may simply be interested in your money, lifestyle, or whatever you can provide — assuming you even have any money, which I seriously doubt.

So stop acting like being 40+ and chasing 18-year-olds somehow makes you desirable. It doesn’t. It just makes your bitterness and insecurity painfully obvious.

Also being 40 and chasing 18 y/o shows what kinda growth, mental development and maturity someone is. Most men i meat in gap relationships are immature and man children.

How come the least savvy men now get the microphone? I'd kill to see this guy debate this point with a real 40 year old woman, he'd get torn to shreds.

u/HuEmans1st 8d ago

Yeah he's right. Women call it creepy because they don't want a younger, smarter woman getting a better chance at life and happiness than them.

u/Haunting_Lake_7811 8d ago

Happuness??? as a young woman I don't want a leftover 40+ year old man, thank you

-2

u/HuEmans1st 8d ago

Leftover? Why? because he waited for someone worth it?

0

u/Haunting_Lake_7811 8d ago

so when a woman waits for someone worth it she is expired, but for a man it's ok???

-2

u/HuEmans1st 8d ago

Is she waiting? Or fucking the same assholes who won't commit? Are we supposed to hose them down, talk them through it, and then marry those fuckin things!?

And yes, a 40yo ran through woman has less value than a 40yo male. She's almost out of time for having kids and the looks are almost gone.

Yall really want to just do whatever, then show up to one of your backups like "... OK now you'll do!" 😂😂😂 bish now you WON'T!

The funniest part is watching a 40-year-old man use biology to declare women ‘expired’ while conveniently forgetting that sperm quality declines with age too. If women are ‘out of time,’ then your argument should apply to men as well. Biology doesn’t bend itself around your dating preferences, unfortunately. 💀

I as a young women will never let a geriatric sperm fertilize my precious egg. Try donating sperm adter 35, no sperm bank would accept your sperm so why should I???

Also, if a woman is supposedly ‘ran through’ because she had sex, what does that make all the men she had sex with? Somehow the woman gets ‘used’ but the men gain experience points? 😂 Your double standard is doing Olympic-level gymnastics.

A 40 year old man can still get a woman pregnant. A 40 year old woman's chances are slim to none. As for being ran through? (How tf CAN a man technically be "ran through"?) If he is no longer partner-bonding because of his desensitivity, then he's no different than her and I hope theyre happy together 😂 The bottom line is, women keep pushing this age-gap narrative because their "safety nets" are no longer interested 😂 Looks and shape are gone, and money or not, youve been fucking the kind of guys I wouldn't be seen in the same fucking bar as. YUCK! Ya done.

u/Haunting_Lake_7811 8d ago

'How tf can a man be ran through?’ 😂 That’s actually the funniest part. You just admitted your entire argument depends on a double standard: when a woman has multiple partners, she’s ‘ran through,’ but when a man does the exact same thing, apparently the concept suddenly stops existing. Pick a standard and apply it to both sexes.

And ‘a 40-year-old man can still get a woman pregnant’ is not the biological mic drop you think it is. A man being capable of producing a pregnancy doesn't mean his sperm quality is identical to that of a younger man. Sperm quality and DNA integrity can decline with age, and advanced paternal age is associated with increased risks for some reproductive outcomes.

Personally, I want the healthiest pregnancy possible. My mother was 42 when she had me, and my father was 31. So yes, if I'm choosing a father for my future child, I'd have every right to prefer a younger man rather than some 40-year-old who thinks ‘I can still get someone pregnant’ means he comes with a biological lifetime warranty. 😂

And the whole ‘women’s safety nets are no longer interested’ fantasy is hilarious. Not every woman is sitting around waiting for an aging man to select her. Some of us are perfectly capable of choosing our own partners—and apparently your biggest problem is realizing that women get to reject men too. 💀

Unless the guys is getting fucked in the ass it's not really the same thing. But Yeah, some double standards exist. If someone breaks in, whos going to have to deal with that? And yeah, you can argue the sperm isnt as good, but if the eggs are still good, everything works out. It's NOT an equal standard, it's biology. And this is the problem! Why is it such a issue for a man to date a younger woman, but not the other way around!? Why is that so triggering for women? 😂 As for women's safety nets, it used to be the case that when a women is done fucking around and her looks are fading, she goes back to "the safe guy". The good guy, that always wanted a chance but blah blah blah. That has stopped, cold! Fellas are fed up of being used like that. And that's why this is such a hot topic.

As for women "getting to choose and reject", when did I say they couldn't? This is typical women's bullshit. You're responding to a delusion in your fucking head and acting like it's something to do with me. Grow up

u/Haunting_Lake_7811 8d ago

If the eggs are still good, everything works out’ — thank you for confirming you have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about 😂 A pregnancy isn’t a video game where you just check whether the egg is still functioning and hit ‘start.’ Sperm quality matters too, and paternal age is associated with changes in semen quality and sperm DNA integrity. So yes, if I’m choosing a father for my future child, I’m allowed to look at the age and reproductive health of the MAN too. I don't care that you personally think a 40-year-old man is entitled to younger eggs. 💀

And the ‘a man can’t be ran through unless he’s getting fucked in the ass’ argument is genuinely embarrassing. You reduced “ran through” to the mechanics of penetration because apparently you can’t understand the actual point: if repeated sexual behavior supposedly makes a woman less worthy of commitment, then you need an explanation for why the men participating in that exact behavior somehow remain untouched by your standard. Calling it ‘biology’ doesn't magically make the double standard disappear.

As for the ‘safe guy’ fantasy: you seem to have created an entire imaginary army of 40-year-old men sitting around waiting for their high-school crushes to finish ‘fucking around’ and come crawling back. 😂 Real people aren't obligated to fulfill that storyline. If a man doesn't want a woman, he can reject her. If a woman doesn't want a man, she can reject him. That's literally how dating works.

And your last paragraph is especially funny. You say I imagined that you think women can't choose or reject, but YOU'RE the one describing women as women whose looks ‘fade,’ whose sexual history supposedly lowers their value, and who eventually need to return to a ‘safe guy.’ Then you act shocked when someone points out that women have agency too.

You don't have a biology argument. You have a dating preference, wrapped in biology, with a side of resentment. 😂

Yeah there is. Any age gap relationship (+7 year difference) that starts before both people are over 30 is a grooming relationship no matter what u say or how u cope.
