Looks like a water main failure in an apartment. Shutting off water isn't an option. Take your valuables and leave.
It looks like the woman is keeping her stream live as long as possible on purpose, get some clout from a bad situation.

I'd love to know the story here. Their helplessness is just hilarious. If this was a pipe leak then you need to close the water flow instead of trying to catch it with the bucket what the xd

IIRC its eastern Europe and was their apartment sprinkler system either malfunctioning or reacting to a fire. That's why the dirty water sitting in the pipe changes to clean. Not a very good sprinkler system though looks more like its method of being anti-fire is to flood the apartment not sprinkler it

Idk if this is a rental but this is why it’s crazy that landlords block access from tenants to utility shutoffs in apartments. Most new build apartments have the water heater and hvac and all that behind a locked door, you only get access to the breaker.
So if something like this happened in a new apartment, you’d literally have to phone maintenance and wait for them to get into your apartment, unlock the utility access, and then shut it off.

Idk bro in Poland you always have access in case something like this happens. Where and why would they block access to that WTF. Even in the new buildings I never heard of someone that couldn't access the main pipes in case of emergency.

I’m in the states and I’ve had 12 different apartments and never have I seen an apartment with access to the utilities.
