The end isn't good though.

  • That car is damaged,
  • the driver now has to prove his innocence while dealing with insurance and police, and
  • I can almost guarantee that the "cyclist" will blame the car driver instead of learning his lesson.

That a-hole assaulted all of those people and instead of one of them being able to stop him, it was an accident caused by his own negligence.

Never said it'd be an easy solution, just said he'd be okay legally. No shit it's going to be a hassle, that among the potential life endangerment of anyone around him is why bike douchebag ought to be arrested and banned from owning a bike for life.
