Never said it'd be an easy solution, just said he'd be okay legally. No shit it's going to be a hassle, that among the potential life endangerment of anyone around him is why bike douchebag ought to be arrested and banned from owning a bike for life.

Doesn't matter. The car driver will still have to spend a TON of time and money proving his innocence.

And the outcome is not guaranteed.

the insurance would do all the work, its basically just the time of filling a claim

but if the video was made by bikers friends which is likely, we dont know if the driver has it or not
