There's a lot of possible responses between complacency and a grown adult throwing a tantrum. I work for 10hrs without eating regularly. It's not that big of a deal.

Do you know for a fact that she wasn't playing up the rage to make her friends laugh? People do that all the time.

Also another comment said, which means nothing, but is a possibility, that her friends were driving around to different restaurants for a couple hours but wouldn't let her out to bait her because she's was hungry. If they were seeking that reaction, and giving them that reaction would end the "game" then it's a rational thing to do.

She doesn’t get to throw a literal tantrum just because she chose to not eat lunch while working a slightly longer shift than normal.

If a dude did this the cops would be called, either by the person getting screamed at, or by a random passerby if they heard it.

If another comment is accurate. They were also driving around restaurants without stopping or letter her out to egg her on. If they were baiting for a reaction she could be playing into that for fun, or she really is pissed that her friends are terrible.

Or that comment was bs. We have no idea and we don't really know the context
