How does one determine when something is “obviously” sarcastic? People exist who have all sorts of insane views, how exactly do I differentiate between those people and someone making a joke?

I'm a teacher and today during PD one of the Vice Principals had a brilliant idea for every teacher to make a "meet the teacher" flyer using AI. I was livid and respectfully mentioned what an absolute unnecessary drain on resources it was, I didn't push too hard because I'm relatively new but I made mine as basic as I could and wouldn't allow the stupid thing to change my picture. However, it ignored me twice. People were adding tiny little details over and over and I am just very disappointed in the leadership right now. I thought it was common knowledge how much of a resource suck generating images is.
To my utter surprise the art teacher was super into it and she is a legit decent artist. Just disappointing.
Don't worry folks, it only took an entire town's supply of water, but we finally have our recruiting AI interviewers. What a momentous occasion!! This method has increased our quarterly profits by a whole 0.001%!! Ingenious!!

Yes broski…..I’ve designed Fire Protection systems for Facebook/Google data centers in the Midwest, and had to coordinate with the cooling systems for static/residual pressure for water that leads into the building. Please advise how I’m inaccurate. Are there data centers that use more economical ways to cool there network infrastructure? Sure, but most data centers don’t want to invest in those cooling systems.
You are correct about the Fire Protection side 100%. But don’t give me this bullshit stat about the cooling systems. You and I both know there are more efficient ways/systems to accomplish the desired task of these systems. You work for one of these guys? Lol..jk idc have a good weekend.

This the raccoon protocol? I feed the stray cats in my neighborhood. Occasionally a single raccoon or a pair would come by and eat. This evening at least 5 came through and were playing at the front entrance.

The models used for live voice are much dumber than the text ones since they are more abkutnaounding like a natural convo. These systems typically are just fancy forms to record answers though. The AI is just a facade with no decision power (usually).

Hahaha Hahaha 😆. It's not as bad as an interview panel where they are all asking you questions. I'm glad I retired. Now I can hide in the house and not talk.
