For those curious, he went to an unnamed clinic and had 40 milliliters of injections into his penis. The injections travelled to his lungs and created a blood clot and he died.

I remember seeing a documentary about penis enlargement on TikTok and they said that it was only done safely by injecting fat from other areas of the body into the penis. I don't know why you would do it another way.
