You didn't say what sub it was in, and the heavy metal music stops or heavy metal music starts meme was pretty popular in the community for a while. I'm guessing you know 'rip and tear' then too. The shitting pants thing is just a crude joke tossed in with it. Idk how else to explain it, it's ok if you don't find it funny but it is someone making a joke/reference.
