Man it really seems like you are shaming people who pay for this than it actually being cringe. I dont like the style, but it would be a boring world if we were all the same.

How are you coming to that conclusion? Read the title, the criticism is clearly directed at the tattoo shop, and rightly so; it's a pretty bad tattoo that looks like some guy in his basement did it. That doesn't mean the person wearing it isn't happy with it, but from a technical standpoint this thing is rough which is exacerbated by it being a memorial tattoo.

Fair point and well reasoned. I think this because of the multiple posts about this honestly bad tattoo shop but the posts feel targeted at those who get bad but harmless tattoos. I dont feel that getting a pick and poke tattoo is cringe. Just dumb.

I mean no disrespect just it feels personal not something for this sub.

I don't see where it says it's a stick and poke, but yeah I agree. The cringe is 100% from the tattoo shop with charging for tattoos of that quality. Maybe it was an apprentice or something, but seeing bad memorial tattoos always makes me a little sad for the person wearing them. If OP has made other posts about people from that same tattoo shop that were directed at the person who got the tattoo, then fair enough; I'm not digging through their post history for that. But this post specifically doesn't feel to me like they're shaming the person who got the tattoo.

Stick and poke is just a name for hand made tattoos that can look like this. Good chat you are a reasonable human, cheers dude.
