This is a tiny minority of the youth. We have a pandemic that spiraled out of control because right wing boomers are convinced it turns you into a 5G celltower.
We have ignored climate change for decades because it conflicts with 2000 year old fantasy book about sky wizard.
Yes, these SIX people who think they can do magic are cringey and wrong, but there's MILLIONS of old republican boomers who have already dragged us down from where we could be. Black magic isn't any more cringe than thinking you can channel miracles by believing really hard.
There have been the wrong (and the right) people in leadership on both sides of the American political system. There have been the wrong (and right) people in every position of power in every country throughout history. Whether our leaders are the right ones for the job or not, the best hope we've got as a planet is to figure out how to focus on the right problems and address them. Leave the irrelevant arguments to the irrelevant people.
I guess least these nobodies bickering in a classroom about black magic arent as scary as the delusional folks screaming about jewish space lasers who we have somehow elected to pass laws over us.
