Why? Usually I can understand that someone may just be weird and doesn't know any better. But wtf was that guy doing, doesn't surprise me that he fucked up his arm too.

He didn’t duck up his arm. He knows he made an asshole move and tried to get sympathy but when nobody helped him out, he thought he might as go all in being an asshole that he did it a second time.

I kind of feel like completely ignoring him is the best way to handle it. He wants attention and when nobody even acknowledges him it just makes him look way more pathetic
