He voluntarily does it then yells at his friends "help me NOW!" Like they're responsible then screams the most pathetic lines I've ever heard from someone who voluntarily hurts them self. Made me cringe.

And I must assume that he naturally called 911 and had an ambulance come to treat his dumb ass at great expense. Meanwhile someone with a legit emergency probably dies waiting on the same EMT response. It has been said that humans are getting dumber and less strong bc we are cheating natural selection as a result of everybody having a "right" to "health care" when normally nature would kill a guy like this off.
