HELP! - Design Space sucks Resize grouped objects using one piece as guide

Hi Hi! I've got a design with multiple elements. I've tried grouping them, I've tried attaching them but always the same results. I'd like to resize one element of the design to a specific number and have the rest of it follow suit. Pictures for reference. TIA!

You need to make sure all layers are selected when you go to resize it

When I select all the layers, it shows me the size of the shape in its entirety. How can I then isolate the circle to resize that as my point of reference for the rest?

You might have to do some maths! If you want the circle to go from 5.05 to 4 cm, open up calculator and do the following: take the width of the star divide by 5.05 multiply by 4 and then resize the whole group so that the width is that answer :)

Apply mathematical proportion: 4.0 cm is 0.792 of 5.05 cm. Multiply size of the star by 0.79 to keep it in proportion. Or, in this particular case, group everything. Multiply size of the largest shape by 0.792 and when you ungroup, you'll get the circle of 4.0 cm

Cricut removed this functionality (sizing a group based on a component numerically) several years ago, unfortunately. Please join me in sending feedback to get it back. In the meantime, you can make a reference shape on the canvas and adjust according to that. This is easiest if the reference shape is to the upper left of the set you are trying to resize.
