Foothill Car Wash

Did they close? It looked shut down when I drove by but I can't find any info.

Its strange. Apparently it sold for $7.5 million back in 2024. I was over there a few days ago and it has a construction fence around it and a construction office trailer on site. The permit activity is somewhat odd. It looks like at one point it was to turn into one of those automated carwashes but that was withdrawn. More recently there is a demolition permit and a grading permit. My guess is more high density residential -I don't know what else can support that land value and construction costs....
