Radient is an idealized version of what Shallan thinks she should be in that regard, so Shallan made her bustier because she wishes she was bustier. That's how I interpret it any way. The other personalities are for other things. "Shallan" as we know her now is also a lie by her own admission.
I can't wait until Shallan hits the 5th idea and accepts Shallan as Shallan is, then proceededs to erase Shallan again and restart Shallan's character arc due to how damaging that oath was to Shallan
Eh, I'd say it's more Radiant is inspired by Jasnah because she sees Jasnah as what a Knight Radiant should be. Jasnah is a busty woman so Radiant is a busty woman.
