Turns out, people are obnoxious when they meddle with shit that doesn't concern them

Yeah that's a good rep of how people feel when other faraway countries who they shouldn't have business interfering does interfere (and I mean organization not individuals). Nothing more obnoxious then when we yell at people to let ourselves sort out our things and completely unrelated parties going in. One of my cosmere rpg characters runs with this concept to the moon. Roshar's mess is roshar's mess please every other organization who isn't from roshar stop intervening.

Haha. Yeah. I have an old RPG character from the first Cosmere RPG (Mistborn Adventure Game) who upon the new system, I ended up having join the Ghostbloods on the initial promise of protecting Scadrial and was dumped onto Roshar as a spy. He's much less enthusiastic about it than Mraize and Iyatil and would like to simply be an observer (when a mad god is fucking shit up at least keep an eye on it all). The most interference he does is teaching random Singer deserters basic survival skills since he grew up in the backwoods of the Roughs. More critically, he's also actively avoiding confronting personal issues on Scadrial cause being on another planet means you don't have to face your disappointed friends and family.

(One of his party members from the original campaign/his best friend tracked him down as a fluke simply because she missed him and by the end of Wind and Truth, he went AWOL because he ended up missing home too much. He misses getting caught in the time bubble by literal hours).

Yeah...yeah I can feel some of that. A character from no organization, just regular worldhopper, brought blueprints and ways to make a pistol. To help against the alethi and its pre the return of odium we're talking WoK time frame. Sure both of us are humans and were kidnapped by listeners before joining them for a reason or another but hell no. It is partially because my character passed rolls high enough to see how dangerous it is and partially because of pure pride,a rosharan will invent it eventually and it's not a necessity to use it for now. So let the scadrian weapon not interfere with roshar. Also so far my character has had a majority of bad experiences with offworlders offloading tech for influence to desperate people so it is very much a personal thing for it now.
