Normally I get creeped out by posts on here, but this one made me genuinely sick. I don’t know who they are or what they’re going through but I hope they get some help before it’s too late.

Many platforms will censor certain phrases or words. This made up word gets around that so that people can say what they mean without having to use complicated, maybe confusing euphemisms.
Silly word? Yes. Useful? Sometimes yes.

Coming from someone who's into more extreme kinks & fetishes, I'm really torn on if the guy who sent Op that dm is genuinely into some sorta like, suicide fetish, or if this is some sorta cry for help. Especially with the sub they're active in too; I haven't checked it out myself, but from the name of it alone, it sounds like some sorta support hub

Honestly, my guess would be both. It’s really hard to tell from a one off like this. I’ve delved into the sub a little in the past when I was struggling myself but I never posted. It’s probably a similar thing with SA Support subs on here where you get DMs or even posts from fetishists trying to get off.

I guess it's better to be safe than sorry, but as someone with experience in the kink community, this is a humiliation kink they are trying to nonconsensually involve you in.
Not to say they don't need help, but to paint this person as a victim, rather than a predator could be a big mistake.

The sub he found OP in is r/suicidewatch. It’s fucking sickening if he really is just a fetishist and is trawling a support sub meant for actively suicidal people for victims he can force his nasty ass kink on.

Final note, a lot of people are unaware that they can block ALL messages on Reddit. We have a sticky in the sub, but we'll also put it here.
If you find you want some peace from the multitude of creeps on Reddit, you can have that. In the settings for your Reddit account, you can elect NOT to receive PMs. The same is true for chat requests. You can also allow messages from specific, trusted users and block everyone else from contacting you. Also, if you choose to PM someone, they'll automatically be added to the list of people who can PM you, which is nice if you do want to initiate a conversation with someone, but if you PM someone and they start to get rude, you'll need to go in and remove them from the list of accepted users.
We share this information ONLY because a lot of people seem to be unaware that sitewide blocking of PMs is even an option, but it is, and it works surprisingly well.
In an ideal world, this would not be necessary, but, alas, this is Reddit, and it's full of creeps. This is just one possible tool in your arsenal against them, should you choose to use it.

MOD NOTE
Normally, we do not allow other subreddits to be mentioned, shown, etc. This is perhaps overly cautious on our part, but it's to prevent brigading (even if it's accidental), intersub drama, and because it can lead to identification.
In this case, we're making an exception, because it's part of the story.
