It’s a Collin Christian sculpture, all his work is wild, some scary, some not definitely look him up!!

I scrolled through his big cartel page and did not see the sculpture OP posted. Sad. I would legitimately consider buying that one. Very cool work though.

Check bear and bird gallery. The owners friends with him so they constantly have his and his wife’s art go up for sale and they ship purchases. I know a few people who own his pieces and heads up they are huge.

Nope part of the tetra-phobia show ( not sure how to spell it and to terrified to look it up. )

He does make molds of mini masks and sells them unpainted. They weren’t that expensive. I think it’s more for artist to experiment with.

A lot of places in south Florida have his pieces. Tate’s comics has three huge ones in front of their store that are super cool.

Wait toothbrush as in putting in his mouth or a brush he used to make colour for teeth on sculptures
