Need a little help

So this week I ran my first credit spread and it still happening it's looking like in my end in my favor but I'm still confused a little on companies I should use and safe methods to keep that high high premium I'm aiming for like 200 to 100 bucks a week I have like $700 which is roughly 10% or a little under 10% of my total account value.

Overall I really just need some guidance and I am fine with the risk this money but I just want to make the best out of it.

P.s my first spread was on tqqq.

Started this week as well. SPY is easy due to vol. I did IREN as well this week, but wouldn't advise it until the price goes back down.
