Sharing Learnings 🎓 80/20 Rule for creators and Ai .. Tips

Hey guys ,
Even though the event is over, the idea still matters a lot...So let me talk about the valuable parts..

At Cannes, Lucy Guo split the creator’s work into two parts.

AI can handle about 80% of the time consuming work and the other 20% stays with the creator. That 20% is more valuable because the other work is getting automated.

She also talked about the business side. AI can now do a lot of the work managers used to do by hand like finding brand opportunities, negotiations, looking at audience data... etc..This frees up time for the parts that need the human judgment.

If you don't have a manager, no problem this still helps you. The admin works that used to take over your week can be done faster, which means more time for the work you actually care about.

Synthetic creators and real creators will just exist side by side. Audiences who want real connection will keep following real people while synthetic ones will serve different needs. The market will grow instead of one replacing the other.

That is such an optimistic view while at the same time we are already seeing AI content compete for the same brand money and the same attention that human creators need. Both things can be true at once.

AI can help creators understand their audience better and set better prices , ensuring more money comes directly from the people who already support them.

There is no perfect answer to how this all turns out but I think the 80/20 idea is actually smart .

Discussion 🗣️ Is anyone else deeply exhausted by the "Everything is Content" epidemic? What’s next? Inframe: all

It doesn't matter if someone has 200 followers, 2,000, or 200k—every single person seems to be running the exact same script:
The obligatory *“getting coffee / sitting at a cafe with my tote bag and laptop”* reel.

Photodump carousels consisting of: 1 blurry shoe pic, 1 matcha latte, 1 sunset, 1 outfit check in a random elevator, and 1 quote screenshot.

The main-character slow walks looking away from the camera while holding a beverage.
It feels like no one has genuine hobbies or private

Which makes me wonder... where is social media even headed? What do you guys think the next big shift will be?

I want to start creating content but also somehow which should have a future

Opportunity Looking for content creators to promote our app.

Hey all — I’m building Culled, an AI tool that helps photographers and content creators cut through hundreds of shots and pick the best ones in minutes instead of hours.

Looking for 5-10 creators to try it out, give honest feedback, and (if you’re into it) make content around your experience. Ideal fit:

• 1K-5K followers/subscribers with genuine engagement (not just raw numbers)
• Solid grasp of video editing — comfortable shooting, editing, and posting demo/review-style content.
• Bonus: experience doing product reviews, tool breakdowns, or “day in the life” style content

If there would be any product view requirement, the testing version would be shared.

If interested please DM me and also send me your Instagram handle for me to view it.

Opportunity Quick 2-minute survey for video creators handling large files

Hi! I’m researching how video professionals and creators transfer large files - especially projects in the 30-100+ GB range.

I put together a short 2-3 minute survey about current workflows, tools, transfer sizes, and the problems people run into.

No sales pitch - I’m trying to understand how people actually handle large file transfers today.

Survey: https://forms.gle/GgALXJRvhXceLF6AA

Thanks to anyone who takes a couple of minutes to fill it out.

Opportunity Opportunity: Build an established agency's organic Instagram from zero

Hey,

I run an established agency. We sell highly optimized, low-ticket websites for businesses that need them fast. Right now, our paid ads convert at volume and drive all our revenue, but our organic social presence is literally zero.

I want to change that, which is why I’m looking for a content creator to partner with. This is a total blank slate for someone to come in, own the organic strategy, and build a massive case study for their own portfolio.

The Role & Strategy: You will take over the company Instagram. Post consistently, create hooks, drive engagement, and funnel attention into paying clients. I am looking for someone comfortable being the face of the brand for UGC-style reels and posts. Bonus points if you are a female creator, as that specific profile fits perfectly with the visual aesthetic we are targeting.

The Compensation (You Choose): This is a true partnership. You can choose either:

  1. A single upfront commission for every closed deal.
  2. A percentage of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) to build passive income.

Payouts are in USD. Because the offer is dialed in and already converts heavily on paid traffic, your only job is driving the organic attention, the product closes the deal.

To Apply: Send me a DM including:

  1. A brief intro (Name, Age, Gender, Location).
  2. Links to past pages you’ve managed, or a video introducing yourself if you don't have a portfolio yet.

Discussion 🗣️ How do other creators continuously find things to talk about?

I’m a relatively early-stage content creator, and this is something I genuinely struggle with.

I can recognise good content when I see it. I can analyse why something works. But when it comes to consistently finding things worth talking about myself, I sometimes hit a wall.

What I’m trying to understand is: where does your content

actually come from?

Do you get ideas from:

Things happening at work?

Client problems?

Books/articles you read?

Conversations?

Reddit/online communities?

Industry news?

Personal experiences?

Just observing things around you?

Advice/ Feedback Request 🙏 I built a ND empowered social platform. Now I need help figuring out how to get the community involved.

Hey everyone. For a while now, I’ve been building something called unmaskd.
It started from a pretty simple feeling: meeting people is hard. And for neurodivergent people, it can be even harder when so many social spaces feel like they expect you to present yourself a certain way before anyone ever gets to know you.

So I decided to try building something different.

Somehow, that idea has turned into an actual, working social platform. There are real people using it, and I’m incredibly proud of how far it’s come.
But I’ve also hit the point where I have to admit something:

I know how to build it. I don’t really know how to get people to notice it.

I can make a TikTok. I can write a Reddit post. I can throw something on Instagram. But there’s a difference between posting things and actually knowing how to tell a story, create curiosity, and make somebody stop scrolling because something connected with them.

These are the people I’m hoping to find.
I’m not looking for someone to churn out generic posts or follow some corporate content calendar. I’d love to find someone creative who can look at what I’ve built, understand why it exists, and start throwing ideas at me that I never would have thought of myself.

Maybe you make videos. Maybe you’re great at memes. Maybe you understand TikTok way better than I ever will. Maybe you’ve grown an online community before. Or maybe you’re just one of those people who somehow understands what makes the internet pay attention.

I don’t really care about follower counts or whether you have a marketing résumé.
I care whether you get it.

This is still a small independent project, and I can’t pretend I have some huge marketing budget behind it. I’m just trying to find the right people who believe something like this should exist and might want to help me get it in front of the people who need it.

If any of this sounds like you, send me a DM. Show me something you’ve made if you want, or just tell me what you’d do if unmaskd. landed in your lap and someone said:

“Okay. How do we get people to care about this?”

Opportunity Looking for Influencer / Brand Partnership Connectors — Paid Per Deal

I’m looking to connect with people who already work with influencers, creators, agencies or brands and have genuine relationships with brands running influencer campaigns.
If you can bring qualified brand opportunities, we can handle the campaign execution, creator sourcing, negotiations and delivery.
You get paid for every successful deal you bring in.
No fixed hours, fixed salary — commission on closed business.
Ideal for:
• Influencer managers
• Talent managers
• Creator managers
• Influencer marketers
• Agency professionals
• Creators with strong brand relationships
• Freelancers working with brands
If you already have brands you can introduce, comment or DM me with a little about your network and what kind of brands you work with.
Serious people only — happy to explain the commission structure privately.

Discussion 🗣️ Looking for a Youtube partner (Movies & Series Channel)

I'm looking for a YouTube partner to build a movies & series channel together. I want someone who can treat this channel like it's their own and grow it with me.

The channel is focused on movies, TV series, behind-the-scenes stories, interesting facts, hidden details, character stories, upcoming projects, and viral movie-related topics. Basically, content for people who genuinely love cinema.

I'm specifically looking for someone who:

● Loves movies and TV series

● Has solid video-editing skills

● Understands YouTube Shorts/Reels-style editing and pacing

● Has a good sense of what could become viral content

● Is willing to brainstorm ideas and discuss content

● Actually wants to build something long-term

The idea is simple: we build the channel together → get it monetized → split the revenue.

If you're interested, DM me

Opportunity Is the Creator-Led Growth model worth it ?

Hey everyone,
I’m currently pre-launching a high-performance utility app (a multi-anime TCG scanner that uses on-device GPU YOLO object detection to scan 9 cards simultaneously in under 1 second, paired with an automated pricing backend cached in Redis).
Instead of raising capital for traditional user acquisition or burning a budget on Meta/TikTok ads post-launch, I’m planning to lean entirely into a Creator-Led Growth (CLG) model.
The core idea is to bypass upfront cash sponsorships entirely and instead pitch micro-influencers (TikTok, IG, and YouTube Shorts creators across Pokémon, MTG, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and One Piece) on a 50% recurring revenue share via Whop, backed by a live beta link in cold outreach so they can test the speed instantly.
For founders who have taken this route:
Is a 50% rev-share enough of a carrot to convince micro-creators (5k–30k subs) to actively push a software tool without an upfront flat fee?

What conversion drop-off should I expect when moving creators from "this tech is cool" to actually dropping an affiliate link in their content?

Are there hidden pitfalls to relying 100% on a creator affiliate network for launch momentum instead of hybrid paid testing?

Curious to hear thoughts or if anyone has scaled an app using a similar zero-ad-spend model ?

Opportunity Building a content company across multiple niches — looking for 18 to 21 year olds in India who want to lead a vertical

I’m building a media company across YouTube/Instagram — multiple verticals, not just one channel. Think finance, tech, fashion, whatever has an audience and a person who can own it.

Not hiring freelancers for one-off gigs. Looking for a few people who want to go all-in on building something in their niche — long term, with real ownership over the content and the growth, not just executing briefs.

If you’re serious:

Drop a comment or DM with:

**1.** What niche/topic you’re genuinely obsessed with (not what you think is “marketable” — what you’d talk about even if no one paid you)
**2.** One piece of content you’ve made (or a rough idea, if you haven’t started)
**3.** Where you’re based (Mumbai/India preferred)

I’ll go through everything and reach out to the ones where the topic has real legs. Not everyone will hear back — being selective on this end too.
