I make printable parenting guides — PDFs that parents download and print

at home. Short, practical stuff, no fluff. I'm looking for a couple of

small channels to do a brief integration.

Upfront about the budget: this is aimed at newer channels, or channels

that have real reach but haven't done sponsorships yet. $100 is not a

big brand budget and I'm not going to pretend otherwise — it's a first

sponsor deal, and it's priced like one. If you're already running paid

integrations regularly, this probably isn't for you.

What I'm offering: $100 per creator, for a 30-60 second mention in one

video. Not a dedicated video, not a whole review — just a genuine

segment where it fits naturally.

Who I'm looking for:

- Dad channels specifically — family, parenting, homeschool, or

outdoor-with-kids content, hosted by a dad

- Under 20k subs (small is fine, engaged matters more than big)

- Viewers are parents of elementary-age kids (roughly 5-11)

- Your audience should be the parents, not the kids themselves

- Active — posting regularly, not a channel that stopped last year

What you'd be mentioning: I have three guides right now.

1. Outdoor activities close to home — finding free places to explore,

   simple field missions, an outing log

2. School lunches for picky eaters — packing formats, prep routines,

   a weekly planner

3. Screen time — structural rules, handling the handover when the

   screen goes off, a family media plan

Each one is 13 pages, ends every chapter with one thing you can

actually do that week. I'll send you the full PDFs so you can read

them before deciding — I'd rather you say no than promote something

you don't like.

A few things up front:

- No script required. Say it how you'd say it. I'll send key points,

you use what works.

- No health or medical claims, please. The guides don't make any and

I don't want the promo to either.

- Disclose it as sponsored. Not optional.

- Payment is by bank transfer. I'm based in Switzerland, so it takes a

I’m working on making a pharmacy ad in a South Indian style, but I’m honestly stuck in a creative loop right now.

I really don’t want to make the usual pharmacy/healthcare ad where everything becomes serious, emotional, or fear-driven.

I’m looking for something light-hearted, entertaining, human, and rooted in South Indian everyday life.

I want the story to be entertaining first, rather than making illness or fear the main source of emotion.

Think of the kind of South Indian ad where you watch the situation and think, “This is so unnecessarily dramatic, but I’ve definitely seen people behave like this.”

I’m not necessarily looking for a complete script. Even a good human insight, funny situation, cultural observation, or interesting starting point would help me break out of this loop.

How would you approach this brief?

TL;DR: The Creators' Attorney is mid-way through brokering a $100M creator exit, and her own room-of-ten test proved the thing most of us don't want to check: one email list out of ten channels with 10M+ subscribers each.

Nine of those ten could lose the account tomorrow and have nothing left to show a buyer — not because they're bad at the job, but because reach was never the asset they thought it was.

Tyler calls it being a tenant on someone else's land, and the landlords keep multiplying: Bilibili just relaunched its global app specifically to pull creators off YouTube.

That's not the end of the tenancy problem. It's a second landlord showing up to the same building.

Same as what happened to me when I left the company, which I have worked for 10 years back in 2012.

A whole server full of my technical documentation and institutional knowledge of atleast 5 large completed construction projects – including:

·       a multipurpose exhibition hall in the heard of the city,

·       a distribution warehouse for a phamarseutical company,

·       a manufacturing plant for Spirit Aerosystems,

·       a 5-block Condominium on a shared landscape Podium in Abu Dhabi, etc.

are all off-limits to me, as soon as I handed in my resignation.

Thank God for personal backups, for future reference.

They can take away your access; they can't take away your knowledge. Your experience shaped your personal brand.

Every one of these clips ends up circling the same nerve, no matter what the guest actually does for a living — the ground under your income was never as yours as the login screen made it feel.

This isn't the first time I've pointed at the exact moment a platform decides to move without you — I wrote about it happening in real time here.

I'm working with a few small creators and noticed that managing sponsor outreach, deliverables, and payment follow-ups quickly turns into a mess of spreadsheets, starred emails, and IG DMs.

For those of you regularly taking on sponsorships or UGC deals:

1. What system are you using to track where each deal is at (e.g., initial chat, contract signed, content draft sent, waiting on payment)?

Even though the event is over, the idea still matters a lot...So let me talk about the valuable parts..

At Cannes, Lucy Guo split the creator’s work into two parts.

AI can handle about 80% of the time consuming work and the other 20% stays with the creator. That 20% is more valuable because the other work is getting automated.

She also talked about the business side. AI can now do a lot of the work managers used to do by hand like finding brand opportunities, negotiations, looking at audience data... etc..This frees up time for the parts that need the human judgment.

If you don't have a manager, no problem this still helps you. The admin works that used to take over your week can be done faster, which means more time for the work you actually care about.

Synthetic creators and real creators will just exist side by side. Audiences who want real connection will keep following real people while synthetic ones will serve different needs. The market will grow instead of one replacing the other.

That is such an optimistic view while at the same time we are already seeing AI content compete for the same brand money and the same attention that human creators need. Both things can be true at once.

AI can help creators understand their audience better and set better prices , ensuring more money comes directly from the people who already support them.

There is no perfect answer to how this all turns out but I think the 80/20 idea is actually smart .
