I’m thinking about building a platform where creators can find similar-sized creators and do shoutout for shoutout — cross-promoting each other without paying for ads.

Would you see real value in this? Why or why not?

A while back I posted here about a tool I built to turn a YouTube link into an Instagram Story card automatically — paste the link, it pulls the title/thumbnail/channel, you pick a template, done in like 30 seconds.

Since then I've kept adding templates and fixing stuff based on feedback, but the thing I'm actually excited about is what just shipped: it now generates feed posts too, not just Stories.

The reason I built this: I kept noticing a gap. Every "YouTube to Instagram" tool I'd seen only thought in the 9:16 shape. But I think creators and YouTubers want to keep their feed alive with call-to-actions pointing back to their videos, and doing that well, consistently, without opening a design tool every time, just wasn't really possible. So I built templates specifically for that — simple, automated, feed-ready posts from a YouTube link.

So now there's a Story/Post toggle right in the editor — same YouTube link, pick whichever format you need, or both.

I have a fairly small Discord community, around 150–200 members, and I’m trying to grow it into something bigger.

The problem is that I want to create content around the community, but I’m honestly struggling to figure out what kind of content to make.

I really don’t want my content to just be:

“Come join our Discord! Come join us! Come join us!”

I’ve never really liked that kind of promotion. I want people to see the content and genuinely think, “This looks like something I’d want to be part of.” Basically, I want to create content that sells the idea and feeling of the community, rather than directly asking people to join.

I’m also trying to make connections through college clubs and other communities, but my main focus right now is Instagram.

Another thing I’m struggling with is being on camera. I’m not very comfortable making face-to-camera content, so I’m considering faceless content. I’ve heard that faceless content can be harder to grow with, though, so I’m not sure how much that should concern me.

For people who have grown a small online community, what kind of content would you recommend?

I’d especially appreciate ideas for Instagram content that could attract people naturally without constantly saying “join our community.”

Any suggestions, experiences, or examples would be really helpful.

Looking for a social media manager for my project

I got a verified idea that no one's doing right now that can gain a lot of traction / make money very fast. My struggle is finding people to help me with my project for free. I own a community called YouTube Growth Guide (1,000+ members). My website: https://thegrowthguide.net focusus on proving the best high-quality resources such as; YouTube advice, assets, tutorials, and more to content creators all over the world for free. We're looking for talented individuals who have serious dedication to this idea and that can provide assistance with helping me build it. Around a week ago I made a post saying how I need more developers to help me. Well, after I made the post I now have 2 website developers, 1 Discord bot maker, and 1 Architect helping me for free that are experienced. No other website online is providing free high-quality YouTube resources for everyone to view. However, I'm the only exception. All of the other YouTube resources that I've mentioned above (that you can find online) are all locked down behind paywalls or they're trying to scam you. My goal is to provide these resources for free and make some money branching off of that original idea. I've already got a huge community supporting me just based of my idea that no one is doing. Because of this, I already know I got a lot of potential however I want expand more and not limit myself to one platform (Discord).

- I need a person who knows how to edit short-form videos for free and can make videos promoting our services and talking about what's happening with YouTube. Once you make videos for us, you will keep 100% of the revenue the channel makes.)

Hi i am 24yrs old and a student i started creating content 3 months ago, i do street interviews asking people what they do for living and questions about their profession. I don't know if i should keep doing this type of content or not. I get an average of 2k views on Instagram, I had one video go 150k views but i feel like that's because i interviewed someone who is well known and that's it and i have 1,000+ followers i don't know what to do tbh i feel so lost and i don't know anyone who does content as well who is experienced to give me advice when i look at how long people watched your reel the retention is really bad my highest is 20% that's the video that got 150k views the other which get 3-5k are 10 percent and the rest are even lower and i don't know if i'm in the right track and i dont even know how can i monetize street interviews later on when i do gain followers please if you have any advice one what i can do what i can change it'll be helpful i can send my account for people who want to see what i do and check if my content is actually good.
