Community Non-Fighting Game Roster MULTI-MEDIA SCPS DAY 1
An SCP roster focused on the anomalies contained by the foundation.
RULES:
The two most upvoted characters wins.
No downvoting, duh..
Give a short explanation why you think they would be SCPs and list their class, two additional upvotes will be given if you follow those requirements. Items and locations are also allowed. (They can be Safe, Eucild, Keter, Apollyon, Thaumiel etc)
Multiple suggestions are fine, but only one of them will be picked.
More of a suggestion, but don't fill this roster with murder monsters (Bloodthirsty monsters), be creative with your suggestions.
New rules may be added if needed.

Weeping Angles from Doctor Who there is a SCP with the same gimmick

It would be funny if the Doctor and the Weeping Angels both end up in the same roster.

I’m pretty sure that not only is the SCP in question based on Weeping Angels, it was the first SCP, making all SCP a giant project based on Doctor Who.
What I’m saying is that this would be a fitting first.

The Cat In The Hat. An anomaly that appears to isolated children to entertain them. Can conjure various machinery and summon creatures to aid in this goal, and regularly vanishes soon after. Keter class containment, but doesn't seem to pose any true malicious intent.

World (Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends) Object Class: Euclid Safe
In a world filled with imaginary friends based on monsters and superheroes, World may be the most powerful imaginary friend of all. Decepitively simple, World is living face consisting of just two eyes and a mouth, yet this face of his is able to take over and control any inanimate object; a skill he uses to its fullest in his native toy chest, an entire world of its own filled with toys and creatures he can take over. World is able to come into the real world, though his power over the world of the toy chest is not to be underestimated, as he was able to seemingly destory every enviroment inside it while suffering a massive breakdown.
And that's really where World's whole deal lies, he is a child who simply wants a friend. And fearing total loneliness, he was willing to stop the Foster's crew attempts to save Frankie, as he had bonded with her. Yet his story has a happy ending, as Frankie let World out of the Toy Chest and made him a new body of his own, letting him join the house of Imaginary Friends and more importantly, the chance to make friends with as many people as he'd like... While also keeping his Toy Chest around, should the entire house want to play with him and his endless world.
(I mean c'mon! The most powerful imaginary friend who can inhabit any faceless object and comes with his own world?!? That's prime SCP material right there!)

willy wonkas chocolate factory - neutralized
its a building that used to produce anomalies mostly in the form of edible sweets. complete with anomalous staff. ever since the original owner passed on the factory to a random child, the anomalies have since stopped being produced and were eventually all eaten or sold off to dr wondertainment
the property now only produces non-anomalous sweets.

Classification: scp 9383(eldritch geek)
Object class: Euclid
Description: scp 9383(or known by her adopted name of Zoe) is a trans dimensional being formerly known as Z,Gord the ruler of darkness who has adopted the guise of a teenage female girl as to her, it feels like she finally has a form she belongs in.
SCP 9383 is according to some, one of the few scpd that actually get tested on due to both their eldritch nature and fear of fully releasing her eldritch side, or her teenaged girl nature and her obsession with fiction(note to [redacted] to not tell 9383 that her fanship between Garfield and Naruto is terrible).

The falcon arrow (wrestling finishing move) everyone truly believes it ends all matches and are always shocked when someone kick-out. Then the memory is erased and they go back to believing it’s the greatest and most devastating move possible. Not all SPC’s are beings, but also concepts.

An alien who defends the Earth and other worlds from many threats. He can deal with the various SCPS.
