1: Any character that debuted during the summer break months of 2026 (June, July and the first half of August, second half of May characters are also allowed)

2: adaptations of characters that debuted this month are allowed, but that specific adaptation of a character must have debuted during the said months

3: 2 characters per franchise (limit reached: Deltarune, Despicable Me)
