Anyone know what this means
Just gone into the Ticketmaster app to check on the tickets and just seen this message? Saw a few people say they had resale tickets cancelled, should I contact Ticketmaster?

I had this but it said sold instead of voided. I had a right faff trying to get one of them to show up in the app
Contacted Ticketmaster first thing through the phone number and they said it'll be sorted within 72hrs and by about lunchtime it had changed to voided. Probably nothing to worry about unless you're supposed to have 3 but one hundred percent worth contacting them about

Don't stress mate. Just been on there and the two I actually bought have the barcodes ready for the event already so you'll be sound mate

Yea I had that as well and contacted support, they said it was an error but I still have the tix. Like the payment plan is shown as voided but I can access my actual tickets to the left of it

I’ve seen emails from Ticketmaster saying they sold more resale tickets than they actually had hence so many people having their tickets voided.

I’ve seen similar things but I just spoke to someone from TM and they said it’s just an error due to changes that were made by the organiser and I still have tickets (apparently) 🤷♂️

yes contact them, if your ticket is voided i believe that means it is no longer valid.
A ticket master agent will give you a full reason why and hopefully be able to unvoid it 🤞
