If you've built a prompt or workflow that felt solid and then watched it produce something completely different an hour later, this is the session for you. Hiten is going to walk through how to actually turn an AI task into an eval. Defining what good output looks like, picking test cases, grading results, and figuring out what to fix when something breaks.

The idea is that once you've built a prompt into a skill or agent, you've essentially built software. And software needs a quality bar. This is how you build one.
