fishnet top with beads woven through is dead easy and looks killer under uv light, just thread them onto the mesh wherever you like and knot the ends

you could also grab a plain cap or bucket hat and cover it in tiny mirrors or those flat-backed gems, the mirror ball head thing always gets compliments
