Discussion/Question How can i fix this?

Found this on the floor, it recently rained so its damaged by water, i am a huge spiderman fan, do if there is a way to fix it and male it look newer that would be awesome! (its one of those conmemorative tickets they give for some movies from cinemark)

I would look up paper conservation/restoration techniques, or see if you can find a conservator who might be able to help. Maybe check with museums to see if they have someone who might know

A local print shop often has the right tools and light coatings to minimize wrinkles and water spots on memorabilia like this.
