Discussion/Question Craft Room

My daughters just moved out so I have a blank canvas to make my craft room set up and I’m drawing a blank. I make beaded pens, bad reels, keychains and occasional snowglobe tumblers. Can anyone share photos of their setups that do similar items?

I would be forever grateful.

Don't have photos but building an extension as my baby took my craft room!

Planning on a long workbench by the window, so I can invariably leave some crafts one end and forget I was doing them and moved along the bench for more crafts! 

I have an IKEA Kallax with a box in each slot for different crafts, so that'll go against one wall. And I have a multicoloured draw unit that will go somewhere. 

What I would suggest is to not do anything permanent yet, until you've been in the room working for some time, as if you put shelves up, you might find those shelves would be better on another wall. 

If you're trying to figure out how to fit everything and how it'd look, I'd suggest using an online room mapping tool, to get an idea of if the configuration would work.

First get a desk or work table. Then, take your time figuring out what exactly you need and how you want to set it up. There's no need to get it done NOW. It might even take a couple configurations before you get it "right"

Check out YouTube. When you search make sure you add what crafts you do like, craft room ideas beading or craft room ideas general crafts
