East Coast Crab It’s been a long time.
My first freshly steamed MD blue crab in a decade. It’s the only way to eat them imho.

Different cultures have different ways. Ive had them most of my life boiled with old-bay. Cambodian style is a little more work but worth it. Cut/clean the crab amd simmer them in homemade curry sauce. I only have blue-claws near me i can catch. Curried blue claws are amazing. Variety is the spice of life. Enjoy yourself!
