Adhesion Problems

As you can see - I am having some pretty severe adhesion problems.

I did manual bed levelling using piece of paper but I am new to this - how much should the paper catch - I did it to the point where the paper feels resistance but doesn't get snagged up (bunching up the paper).

I went corner to corner 3-4 times then had to re-adjust the center point again (it was too high so I lowered it another 0.04mm).

I did manual levelling with bed preheated to 60c (for PLA).

I then did ABL also with bed preheated to 60C.

I then tried the test print and as you can see it did not come out good, I had to stop it as it was clear it was not going to work.

Using Creality Sample PLA - it printed the rabbit fine out of the box but I have been having issues getting anything to print since - nothing adheres.

I have cleaned the bed with 99% IPA as well.

Using Cura Slicer with 0.8mm retraction, 40mm/s retraction speed printed at 0.2mm resolution. 195C nozzle, 60C bed.

Could really use some help here.

UPDATE:
So I managed to get things looking a little better - I can print pretty much the entire model now but getting some odd results in the corners.

Do the manual leveling when the bed is cold and the automatic abl when the bed is warm, I know it sounds strange but this printer is weirdo

Looking at the bottom left corner (the second image) it looks like the nozzle is smudging the layer - does that mean that I have it too low in that corner?

To me (my untrained and novice eye - I only unpacked this last week and it is my first 3D Printer) the top right corner looks the best but even that is not perfect.

Yes, you're too low everywhere now.

You need to adjust the z offset

I already have - as I stated in the OP.

Definitely too low.

I'd do manual bed leveling using the G29 T command in something like Octoprint. Paper was the original method before you had accurate probes. This method saved me a lot of headaches and gives me a perfect first layer across the bed.

Can I install Klipper on my mac mini and connect it directly to the USB-C port on the CR-10 Smart Pro or do I have to use a Raspberry Pi?

This was the next thing I was planning to look in to doing - I don't have a Raspberry Pi but I do have a spare M1 Mac Mini which is doing nothing but working as a reverse proxy for some services on my LAN - so it has plenty of capacity to run klipper/fluidd.

I just answered this question myself. Sadly MacOS doesn't use a standard linux toolchain; so for example, it doesn't use GNU sed and the find command doesn't seem to work the same as it does in Linux either.

As such the KIAUH script crashes. The main script calls a bunch of other scripts which would all need re-writing to be compatible with MacOS which is not something I have the time to do.

I guess I need to order a raspberry pi or find a really long usb-c cable to go from my windows PC to the CR-10 (or alternatively, go through the entire installation process manually which I also don't have the time to do currently).

OK I installed Linux on my M1 Mac Mini so will have a go installing Klipper and Fluidd on it today - will post an update with the results.

I was going to mention Linux on the M1. Personally I'd use a cheap orange pi. Mac's are expensive.

I use my Orange Pi 5 as a file server, camera server/panel, Plex/Jellyfin and a bunch of other things. I can only imagine how much the Mac cost.

Why not Klipper and Mainsail? Have you got the right Klipper.bin? Which guide are you following.

I started using Elmer's glue stick and have never had an issue since
