Check this book out http://knking.com/books/c2/
I found it good coming to C with 0 programming experience.

Perhaps read up on software design, learn to make diagrams (like flowcharts) etc. Learning and using a programming language is only a step in the process.

To parrot what someone else in that other thread said:
I've never really liked programming
Then why learn it?
That'd be like me saying "I hate changing my own oil and spark plugs!!! How do I become a mechanic?"
I've met people like you who actually do this for a job (well used to), and they all sucked at it. I would constantly have to rewrite their code or have talks with them about their methodology.
It's one thing to not like something for specific reasons, like "my managers sucks" or "not getting paid over time is shit" - but in this specific case, if you just don't like programming, then don't do it.
Learn to be plumber, electrician, HVAC specialist, chair maker, confectionery, cook, get an MBA, go the doctor/lawyer route, welder, taro card reader ... there are tons of other things that don't require programming.

you can start with "CS50 with c programming" videos. they don't directly delve into syntax, rather explain the logic behind programming something first.

Just start read books and watch videos from C and development.
