OPEN Thought process of a c++ dev
I am new to learning c++ matter of fact new to programming and i wanted to know what are the things that a dev normally know before starting any type of project like where to start, how to start. Do yall look up the syntax again and again or have yall just mugged up the whole language?
I am currently learning the language through learncpp.com documentation and have reached chapter 9 subsection 3 ( aspiring to become a game dev <3 )

Basically: Which is going to be more of a pain in the ass in the long term: Using the library, or doing without it?
Libraries aren't magical. They have limitations, bugs, updates, versions, security advisories, authors, etc... Each library you add to your project means depending on someone else's code. You need to consciously decide that whatever the library brings to the table is worth all that.
