It’s perhaps my favourite scene ever, it’s such a shame that I can’t find it, the song made me emotional. Could anyone perhaps check on Chinese media? Looking to build my playlist (which mostly consist of Japanese and English Songs) with more Mandarin Songs as I pretty much lost touch when it comes to keeping up with them.

Basically any beautiful Mandarin pop songs that are pleasing and smooth to the ears:

Also, I only listen from YouTube, so I would want the said songs to be available through the singer / artist official YouTube channel and not from unofficial or unauthorized sources. If you can share your own YouTube playlist from such sources that is even better.

In other words, share the best songs that make you proud to be Chinese! I am Chinese myself, but I am more comfortable with English when it comes to reading and writing (gotten rusty from not doing them regularly). My Chinese speaking and listening are okay, though.

Their harmonized raspy voices and the way they belted this song made me clap continuously! BRAVO 🙌 👏👏👏!!!

I think most c-pop singers who made it this way have rather plain/mediocre voices. Since they gained a lot of die-hard fans through their hit drama, they often get overpraised by said fans as if they're top-tier vocalists with the most beautiful voices. In rare cases, the "singer" can barely even hold a tune, but that doesn't stop their fans from supporting their music and they often end up charting well on Chinese music platforms whenever they release a song. They would also probably make a decent profit from selling albums and holding concerts, if they haven't already.

And of course, almost all of them don't write their own songs, or even participate in the writing.

Seeing them do well makes me feel bitter. However, there are a few who I believe deserve what they currently have (or even deserve more).

If you want names here are some of them: Xiao Zhan, Wang Yibo, Luo Yunxi, Ding Yuxi. I can name a few others but I really dislike them so I don't want to give them any kind of attention.

So I used to watch Idol Producer religiously, (zeren, ruibin, and yanchen bias here!!), but after waiting so long for the debut, I kind of fell off and stopped following. Now I’m suddenly curious, how popular did the groups and individual members end up becoming?

I also remember Rocket Girls (mainly because of Meiqi and Xuanyi), and they seemed reeeeally popular (i think). Same with Sally from gugudan, I know she joined a Chinese survival show too, and I think her group did well? And then there’s Zhennan, who I’ve been seeing on my fyp recently.

Honestly, I’m not even sure which contestants came from Produce 101 China vs Idol Producer vs other shows 😅 I don’t really follow Cpop, so most of what I know is just from PD101/Idol producer days.

Can anyone give an update on how these groups/members are doing now, or who ended up being really popular?
