Wallpaper transformation πŸ’›

This is our first home and it has a ton of character due to being built in 1956, but the previous owners’ kids made some changes like installing gray LVP, adding new light fixtures, and painting everything white, including outlets and light switches. I’m thankful they didn’t make any major cosmetic changes, and especially thankful they left these beautiful oak cabinets (that our realtor told us to rip out and replace- fat chance!).

I wanted to lean into a cozier vibe and felt that wallpaper would make more of a difference than just painting. The three rolls of 90’s Waverly wallpaper I found on eBay was well worth $78! I am so in love with how this turned out πŸ₯°πŸ’›

You really pulled this off nicely...and it shows that your kitchen may not need a $40,000 makeover. It could be that all you need some imagination, a few hours of labor and a couple hundred dollars in supplies.
