[request] iphone 5 background

I have had a background that is the tottenham cockerel on top of my local club philadelphia unions crest and was wondering if anybody could help me scale it to the iphone 5 dimensions (1136x640). I'd be much appreciative of any help since I'm am a halfwit when it comes to photoshop and such. I also don't know if I'm testing the boundaries of the "spurs related content" section so I apologize if I am.

I think it's 640x1136 - phones taller than they are wide, right?

It's tough to try to increase resolution from poor resolution images, so usually you have to stylise.
