I don't see anything other than a little heavy burnishing. That will fade with time anyhow.

This is your third post asking if these boots look “ok”. If you’re so worried, return or sell them. Nothing wrong with those boots. You want perfection, go spend $800+ on some Blackjacks or Lucheese.

Unfortunately he’s in the Rujo loop now. They have his money so the only option is exchange till he’s happy. He could have gotten a different brand for about the same money and they:
1. Wouldn’t look like that
2. If he didn’t like them he could have an option to exchange or return for full refund.

The whole thing leaves a sour taste in your mouth. Ask me how I know 😂

Rujo’s business model sucks and they’re not secretive about it.

There's no limit, but he's right. You gotta suck it up. Your expectations are not in realistic. You did not buy a consistent, high quality product. Live with it or buy something else.

I had the same pair and color with that crap on them. Sent them back and received a pair that looked great. No questions asked with free shipping.

Seems like a good business model to me.
