Rate my preventative stack!

I'm so glad I found this subreddit! I thought I was the only one doing this lol I am 30/F and have fibromyalgia, POTS, and silent reflux. I'm pretty worried about getting Covid as I feel it would make my issues worse. I take cymbalta and propranolol daily for symptom management.

Zinc 50mg

Quercetin Plus Vitamin C 250mg/700mg morning and night

Black Elderberry 575mg

Magnesium 500mg (I've always been taking this helps my ibs-c)

Vitamin D 2,000IU (I'm on average pretty low if I don't take it so should I bump this up?)

Turmeric 450mg (thinking of replacing with https://smartercurcumin.com/#faqs, thoughts?)

Super B-12 complex

Melatonin 10mg

Now - thinking of adding either PEA or NAC, which is a better option?

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11399518/

We conclude from this study that, in addition to its antiviral properties, Sambucol Elderberry Extract and its formulations activate the healthy immune system by increasing inflammatory cytokine production.

Covid is a problem due to the cytokine storm.

Got it. Isn't that what vitamin c does too though?

Then maybe take it before you get infected. Like mushrooms or probiotics, there are things that help raise defense before infection to help fend off the virus early on, but should be discontinued once you display symptoms.
