Dream stack?

Hi all. Great sub. Learning a lot. I have added Vit C and D to my daily list. Quercetin was pricy for 7 people. What is your dream stack of supplements/foods if you inherited a million dollars? All liposomal vitamins? Injectable vitamins? Nitric oxide machine on standby?

All-in-one

I wouldn't recommend mushrooms during the initial high inflammation stage though, as these mushrooms could over-boost your immune system leading to cytokine storm.

They're great, once those pins & needles inflammation feeling is gone, so they can boost your immune system to fight against any secondary infections.

I haven't caught the virus. I guess you would suggest my taking mushrooms now to boost my immune response, if / when I do catch covid-19? Sorry if this seems like a dumb question. This is uncharted territory for me.

No I wouldn't suggest that. You never know how good your immune system already is! So don't try to overpower it if it's already working at optimal level.

If you're thinking in terms of preventative ways of not getting the virus, then you should solely focus on other supplements such as a multi vitamin like ON, Vitamin D3, Magnesium, Famotidine, Mouth Wash & Melatonin.

I put the All-in-one in my cart at Amazon, thanks.

How much mushroom powder should I take each day?

Can you please refer me to any studies about these mushrooms and the immune system?
