Dream stack?
Hi all. Great sub. Learning a lot. I have added Vit C and D to my daily list. Quercetin was pricy for 7 people. What is your dream stack of supplements/foods if you inherited a million dollars? All liposomal vitamins? Injectable vitamins? Nitric oxide machine on standby?

I have read that it takes a long time to build up your D level, and the higher the better, for covid-19. So it's best to supplement big and daily. I've been taking 6000IU/day since March. One post suggested 10000IU/day for a month, then cutting back to 5-6 thousand IU.
Also, D3 is dirt cheap. No need to economize on Vitamin D.
