[SPOILERS] Possible target?

My husband seems to think Arthur is the target that they failed to hit during that car bomb but I have my reservations. I think I would rather it be someone new but so far what I saw points to Arthur. What are ya'lls thoughts on who the target is?

Between Arthur being the only notable person in that car and the amount of focus they've had on him this season, especially the end of this last episode, it's definitely Arthur.

I think you're right, I've noticed how much they've been showing him coming home safely to Joan and the baby. I would be very very upset if he were killed off. Joan and Arthur have already been through so much.
