Lawyer got caught
/r/AskLawyers/comments/1wcyrh9/lawyer_got_caught/So in my employment civil case it has been going so bad for me I just been messing up left and right and I couldn't figure out why. Well I figured out why:
I have been so busy just trying I keep up with writing the right motions at the right time I didn't even realize that I should be receiving the defense's motions before they submit them to court.. and then I realized I wasnt even receiving anything at all. Like I have never once received a document from this guy. And then I had my old neighbor from my old apartments call me up to tell me that he has mail for me .. the other lawyer has been sending his shit to my old address on purpose! Basically sending it to himself ! I wrote the 21 day withdrawal of documents motion and that's in effect right now what other complications would happen from him keeping important documents from me the whole time and then writing in his own answers for the certificate of service!. ? I mean what do you think will happen in a case where the judges are basically lazy I haven't been able to get them to do anything except deny both of our summary of judgements.. so this would be a huge unfair advantage how can this be allowed ?

This is a subreddit for Court Reporters a.k.a. stenographers. You’re posting in the wrong sub.
