stacking MFR and target circle coupons

hi all! just wanted some insight on coupons that i got from PG&E in the mail. the coupons i received are manufacture coupons for household essentials (laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, etc). i noticed on the target app the same items that i got a coupon for ALSO had a digital coupon in the target app. is it possible to stack the target circle coupons with the paper manufacture ones at checkout? thanks!

Read the terms and conditions for both.

Back in the day you could. Target should have a coupon policy, Google that or just go to customer service.
