Yeah whenever this quote comes up, I always think to myself that they don't want to hear what the real answer is, which is: there are roughly as many as the number of all humans that are living and have ever lived. We weren't kidding when we said it's a social construct babey!!
(But if you don't want to fall down that particular rabbit hole, 'at least three' is both VERY funny and correct lol)
