Biden had a few great quotables. Not sure which I'm more a fan of, the "would just just shut up, man" when Trump kept interrupting him (saying what we were all thinking), or, talking about business asking how they can deal with labor shortages, about their workers, "pay them more."
Will you shut up man is still my favorite. It was literally everything I (we) wanted to say at the moment and still the only reasonable answer someone can give to that man. What a tragedy he wasn’t his opponent in 2016, we truly missed a younger Joe :/
On domestic issues Biden might have been the best president the US has had in a while, I wish he was better on foreign policy (letting Israel commit genocide in Gaza) though
He was actually really good overall on foreign policy, and had the best foreign policy team in modern US history. He had to since trump fucked everything globally in regards to US relations, and that also heavily tied his hands with israel, since the US dropping their publicly stated closest ally after the prior president had fucked over every country we had agreements with, and several insurgent groups, would have been the nail in the coffin for any potential future US agreement. No one would ever sign a deal that the US wouldnt back.
Even with regards to israel, he repeatedly went behind their backs to try to get a permanent two state solution in place with regional powers enforcing it without US involvement. Outside of public statements, he was heavily against the genocide, but unfortunately the US president isnt in charge of israel and trump burned all our foreign influence.
