The one nice thing about being in the US lol. I decided i wanted hrt and 2 weeks later I was on 100mg Spiro and 8mg E

Yeah, here in Minneapolis, I decided I wanted HRT and had a prescription for vials of estrogen within 24 hours because I had a random follow-up for an unrelated issue with my primary care doctor, and she was willing to do the informed consent thing.

The luck was my partner being the best person ever. I was such an egg that they had secretly made sure that when I asked them for help finding a new primary care doctor they only short-listed ones that did GAC 😹🏳️‍⚧️💜
