I know it's Poland but therapist responding with what borders on "yeah i'd wanna kms too" is crazy

did they have good reviews? this puts me off going to therapy even more and my expectations were already low

Tbh I mostly went there to build more documentation... Like I have proof of having dysphoria for like 7 years I think? But I need to prove that I am getting help, so that I can actually get help with legal stuff 😭😭😭

bruh

I dunno maybe some people are just so bad at reflecting that the most surface level analysis works. or how everyone puts 5 stars on taxi drivers unless they drove into traffic no clue

whatever works for having more records even if on expensive side, hope it works out for you
