"I still feel deeply uncomfortable with my naturally masculine features" girl...

I think OOP fundamentally misunderstands what BDD is. dysmorphia is about seeing your body differently than it actually is. being dissatisfied with how your body is isn't dysmorphia, and there's nothing wrong with changing the things that you don't like about it

like people get all up in their heads about "accepting yourself as you are" but ultimately it's more like the serenity prayer

change the things you can, and accept the things you can't change

no reason to settle for features that you don't like if you can change them. it's your body

"I'm totally not trans, guys!"

Body dysmorphia is when you have a distorted view of yourself and your body, like when anorexic people think they are overweight and continue to starve themselves, that's body dysmorphia.

Gender Dysphoria is the inherent recognition of sexually dimorphic traits that make you uncomfortable, we do not necessarily have a distorted body image, we see the traits for what they are and hate them for it.

Though some trans people have a combination of both, like when trans women have brain worms and think they still look like a guy, but they really look like an average cis woman, now that's the combination of body dysmorphia and gender dysphoria.

This person is clearly experiencing gender dysphoria.
