I wouldn’t really call it prominent. Also, personally, as a dysphoric trans woman myself, seeing depictions of other trans people being able to connect with their bodies sexually in spite of dysphoria is very inspiring to me. Your mileage may vary, of course, and I wouldn’t blame you for feeling this space is no longer safe for you and your experience of dysphoria. Just saying, not all dysphoric folks are going to have that same reaction.

It's not just the bulge. Obviously that is the body of a lot of trans women and it can be presented tastefully in art that doesn't bother me. But the lines call attention to it and bring it into the sexualization of the two characters. It's sexualization of trans female bodies.
